kx18 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules, Rights & Responsibilities

1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the kx18 online betting and casino platform, accessible at kx18.io ("the Platform"). kx18 operates as an online entertainment and wagering service targeting adult players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. These Terms govern all activities conducted through the Platform including, without limitation, sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, and all promotional activities.

By creating an account, accessing any feature of the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with all provisions contained herein. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and kx18.

kx18 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes by posting an update notice within the platform dashboard.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Minimum Age. The kx18 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Any person under the age of 21 is expressly prohibited from registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or accessing any game or service on the Platform. kx18 employs verification procedures to confirm the age of all account holders and reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time.

2.2 Jurisdiction. You may only register and use the Platform if online betting is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your country, state, or territory of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. kx18 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.

2.3 Registration Requirements. To register an account you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your account. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

2.4 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one active account on the kx18 platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or using the identity of another person — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all accounts and associated balances may be voided, and winnings may be forfeited.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC). kx18 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be required to provide a copy of your Bangladesh National ID Card (NID), a utility bill, or other supporting documentation. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended until the process is completed satisfactorily.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your kx18 account. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have previously notified kx18 of unauthorised access.

3.2 Notification of Breach. You must notify kx18 support immediately if you believe that your account credentials have been compromised, that an unauthorised person has accessed your account, or that any fraudulent transaction has been conducted through your account. kx18 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, freeze the affected account pending resolution.

3.3 Account Currency. All kx18 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in BDT unless otherwise stated. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote BDT amounts.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. kx18 may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts after this period. Where an inactive account holds a positive balance, kx18 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before any fee is applied. The account holder may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. kx18 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. kx18 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. The availability of specific methods may vary depending on your location and account verification status.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are published within the cashier section of your account dashboard and may vary by payment method, account tier, and verification level. kx18 reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Before a withdrawal request can be processed, your account must be fully KYC verified. Withdrawals of funds derived from bonus credit are subject to the applicable bonus wagering requirements being met in full.

4.4 Processing Times. kx18 aims to process all withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the cashier section. Current average processing times are 12–15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Card withdrawals may take 1–5 business days depending on the issuing bank. kx18 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

4.5 Currency & Conversion. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If you attempt to transact in a different currency, your payment provider may apply a currency conversion at their prevailing rate, and associated fees are your sole responsibility.

4.6 Fraud Prevention. kx18 reserves the right to delay, hold, or decline any deposit or withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases kx18 may require additional documentation before releasing funds.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by kx18 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus balance or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible markets, minimum odds, and time limits are specified within each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus of each type may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. kx18 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or reverse bonus credit where it determines that a player has attempted to exploit or abuse any promotional offer.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. kx18 actively monitors for bonus abuse including, but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to abuse a promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, kx18 may void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the account.

5.5 Promotional Modifications. kx18 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses already credited to an account in good standing at the time of the change.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets. All bets placed on the kx18 platform are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to verify the details of any bet — including selection, stake, market, and odds — before confirming. kx18 will not reverse a correctly placed bet on the grounds of a player error.

6.2 Odds & Market Availability. kx18 reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, or amend any market or odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. Odds fluctuate in real time and the odds displayed at the time you initiate a bet may differ from those available when the bet is confirmed, particularly in in-play markets.

6.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by kx18 in circumstances including, but not limited to: the event being cancelled or postponed beyond permitted limits, a palpable error in the odds offered, market integrity concerns, or the event being settled based on incomplete information. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's account balance.

6.4 Maximum Winnings. kx18 applies maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per day. These limits are published within the sportsbook and casino sections of the Platform. Where a potential payout would exceed the applicable maximum, kx18 reserves the right to reduce the accepted stake proportionally.

6.5 Cricket & Sport-Specific Rules. Specific rules apply to individual sports and game formats including cricket BPL matches, T20 World Cup, IPL, and bilateral series. These rules govern match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustments, over reductions, and related scenarios. Sport-specific rules are published within the relevant sportsbook category and form part of these Terms by reference.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kx18 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account under any identity, whether your own or that of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets, access the Platform, or exploit any feature in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events or casino game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or loopholes in the Platform's software for financial gain.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting schemes, or any coordinated activity designed to circumvent the intended operation of any promotion.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kx18 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any third party to use your account or using any third party's account credentials.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment. kx18 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all adult players. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligation to assist those players seriously.

8.2 Available Tools. Every kx18 account holder has immediate access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their account dashboard:

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the kx18 platform or its content without the prior written consent of kx18. Any unauthorised use of kx18's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 kx18 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kx18 makes no warranties or representations — express, implied, or statutory — regarding the Platform, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10.2 kx18 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, system failures, or errors in odds or game outcomes, even if kx18 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 kx18's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your kx18 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by Player. You may close your kx18 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of all applicable verification requirements.

11.2 Suspension by kx18. kx18 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity has been conducted through the account.
• The account holder is not eligible to use the Platform under applicable law or these Terms.
• kx18 is required to do so to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory instruction.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an account by kx18 for breach of these Terms, all bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds shall be forfeited. kx18 may also recover from the account balance any amounts owed as a result of the breach. Any legitimate cash balance remaining after such recovery will be returned to the account holder following satisfactory completion of identity verification.

12 Amendments to These Terms

kx18 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations — kx18 will provide notice within the Platform dashboard and, where possible, by email to your registered address. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 11.1.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kx18 is registered and operates. kx18 makes no representation that the Platform complies with the laws of any specific jurisdiction outside of its registered operating territory.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute relating to these Terms or any transaction conducted through the Platform, you should first contact kx18 customer support and allow a reasonable period for resolution. kx18 will respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to attempt resolution through a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution process before initiating formal legal proceedings.

13.3 Betting Disputes. All decisions regarding the settlement of bets, the voiding of markets, and the application of rules to specific events are made at the sole discretion of kx18. These decisions are final and binding. kx18 shall not be liable for any loss arising from a settlement decision made in good faith in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules.
